Berraondo S.A.:                I’m calling about my order number HF5618 for 20    printers.  Only 17 have arrived.

Tao Loon Company:        Really?

Berraondo S.A:                 This is the second time I have received an incomplete    delivery.

Tao Loon Company:        There may be and error in order administration.

Berraondo S.A.                 Yes, I need the other three printers immediately. These    delays are costing me goodwill unhappy customers.

Tao Loon Company:        There has been stock problem.

Berraondo S.A.:                When will you deliver me my order three printers?

Tao Loon Company:        Next Monday.

Berraondo S.A.:                No I need it now.

Tao Loon Company:        That’s not possible.

Berraondo S.A.:                Can you give me the company email?

Tao Loon Company:        Yes, I’m really sorry for the delay.
